Today?s craft beverage connoisseur is acutely aware of product quality. Mass produced holds no appeal; boutique wineries, microbreweries, micromeaderies, and craft distilleries are currently enjoying a marketplace where their art is truly appreciated and their next product is eagerly awaited. Wine fests, beer fests, mead fests, and now distilled spirits fests are widely attended by growing audiences that are not afraid to spend several dollars more on a quality, handcrafted product. They taste the differences that quality ingredients impart to the product; they are turned off by improperly aged wine or mead with heavy sulfites, and turned on by the diversity in product lines and one-off batches that only a small producer can easily accommodate in their brew schedule. Queen Bee Brews intends to appeal to this market with several meads made on a seasonally rotating schedule in addition to a selection of standard house-favourites available year round. This flexibility allows the meadery to take advantage of the best fruits, grapes, and honeys available in a particular growing season without a lock on a crop that fails to produce a superior product. Queen Bee Brews places the highest value on creating our meads from the best available natural & organic ingredients, and utilizing American made products & equipment from the small business owner whenever possible.
